Michael Jessing Bursary Exhibition

Michael Jessing generously left his house and art collection to the church and some of his art will soon be on display in the church.  In his memory the Vestry decided to set up a bursary for art students of Edinburgh College of Art and the University of Edinburgh.  Each year two students will receive awards, providing them with significant support. An exhibition of students’ artwork will be held in the church during Aug 2024 and in future years, with this year’s bursary recipients Roshi Pradhan and Aisha Plumridge. The church welcomes all visitors to this exhibition on Friday the 16th of August, from 10am – 5pm.
